Reefs, snorkeling. Best experience even alone with a family
Food variety and quality perfect
Staff very friendly and helpful
Beach full with amazing fishes for snorkeling, take a good mask and beach shoes 👟 to enjoy more and avoid stepping on 🪸 reefs.
Animation team are friendly and do their best to create activities
Kids area with nanny and games for kids (check opening times)

Negative: WiFi available only in the lobby with extra charges.
Snacks bars are only 3 , one inside lobby, and only one covering all pools area, and one at the beach this one was very good (food and drinks)
The snacks times were short alittel bit.
Launch time only 2 hours, not good compared to 3 hours breakfast and dinner.
It would be great to make some lifejackets available on beach either for rent or for free to make the snorkeling experience much better.

Very good
Beach, cleanliness of the rooms , space of the rooms , staff availability, and always ready to assist, pool, food was good with varieties.
The room service guy was so professional, helpful, and honest.
Negative: Room phone was not working, so it was not easy to contact room service.
Parking space is limited, and need to be more shaded places because of high temperature
Night show event could be better.
